A multi-year contract from NLG will allow you to predict your service
costs beyond the usual 1-year term and thus plan more accurately.
For optimal predictability of service cost NLG offer planned maintenance
parts and repair time inclusive contracts - so the only non-predictable
costs would be repair parts.

There are double savings to be made with multi-year contracts.
Saving 1: No annual price increases
Due to inflationary pressures the price of NLG services typically
increase 3% annually. With a multi- year contract you can fix prices at
the first year price avoiding the annual increases.
Saving 2: Volume discounts
NLG offer discounts based on the number of instrument modules under
contract. By selecting a multi-year contract you will multiply the number
of modules by the number of contract years and thus qualify for a higher
level of discount.
