The standard solutions are designed to integrate seamlessly with the v-kit software. Essential information regarding their traceability is encrypted into a datafile supplied with the standard solutions. The contents of the file are then decoded by the vkit software.
Traceability
A Certificate of Analysis is provided with each batch of solutions. The solutions are provided in sealed glass vials with a batch number and expiry date. Gravimetric, GC-MS and standard GC data is retained demonstrating the integrity of the standards
Expiry Dates Each solution is guaranteed to have a minimum one-year from date of shipment till expiry. The vkit software prevents accidental use of out of date solutions.
Sealed Ampoules
Linearity, precision and carryover solutions are supplied in sealed glass ampoules each individually labelled with batch number and expiry date.
In the third generation of the v-kit procuct the certificates of analysis for all standards are integrated into the software for complete traceability
