v-kit Pro Tablet Dissolution

v-kit Pro Tablet Dissolution allows you to qualify your dissolution bath with paddles or baskets against USP or ASTM requirements using traceable standards, calibrated tools and controlled procedures.

    Qualifies the appearance, condition and identity of installed dissolution paddles/baskets

    Uses a certificate of conformity or calibrated micrometer to qualify the dimensions of dissolution vessels

    Uses a calibrated tachometer to qualify the rotational speed of dissolution paddles or shafts at a single definable setting 
  • Dissolution – Vessel Temperature
    Uses a calibrated digital thermometer to qualify the temperature of medium at a setting of 37deg.C in dissolution vessels with or without sensors 
  • Dissolution – Vibration
    Uses a calibrated vibration meter or observations to qualify a dissolution bath for vibration 
  • Dissolution – Preparation for Performance Verification Test
    Qualifies the preparation for the dissolution Performance Verification Test

    Uses USP tablets to qualify the performance of dissolution systems with paddles or baskets

 
Tablet Dissolution technique license
Either pre-loaded on the Dongle or supplied as a V2C file the technique license allows the user to start a protocol.
