v-kit Pro HPLC

v-kit Pro HPLC allows you to qualify your HPLC with UV/Vis, fluorescence, refractive index, evaporative light scattering and conductivity detectors using traceable standards, calibrated tools and controlled procedures.

The HPLC Inita kit is comprised of:

HPLC Protocol

Includes the following tests:

  • HPLC Flow Rate – pump A
Uses a traceable liquid flowmeter to qualify an HPLC pump for flow rate accuracy and precision at 1, 2 or 3 flow rates
  • HPLC Flow Rate – pump B
Uses a traceable liquid flowmeter to qualify a second HPLC pump or pump head for flow rate accuracy and precision at 1, 2 or 3 flow rates
  • HPLC Column Temperature
Uses a traceable digital thermometer to qualify an HPLC column oven/cooler for temperature accuracy and precision at 1, 2 ,3 or 4 combination of temperature and position
  • HPLC Autosampler Temperature
Uses a traceable digital thermometer to qualify a heated/cooled HPLC autosampler for temperature accuracy and precision at 1, 2 ,3 or 4 combination of temperature and position
  • HPLC Injection Precision
This test uses a traceable precision standard and blank plus a qualified pump and UV/Vis, FL or, ELS or RI detector to qualify an HPLC autosampler for injection precision and carry over
