v-kit Pro GC

v-kit Pro GC allows you to qualify your GC with liquid autosampler or headspace and FID, TCD, ECD or NPD using traceable standards, calibrated tools and controlled procedures.

Includes the following tests:
 
  • GC Column Oven Temperature
    Uses a traceable digital thermometer to qualify a GC column oven for temperature accuracy at 11 evenly spaced temperatures over the defined range
  • GC Column Oven Temperature – with stability
    Uses a traceable digital thermometer to qualify a GC column oven for temperature accuracy and precision at 3 temperatures
  • GC Inlet Temperature
    Uses a traceable digital thermometer to qualify a GC inlet for temperature accuracy at 1 temperature
  • GC Detector Temperature
    Uses a traceable digital thermometer to qualify a GC detector for temperature accuracy at 1 temperature
  • GC Inlet Pressure
    Uses a traceable digital pressure meter to qualify a GC inlet for pressure accuracy and tightness
  • GC Inlet Split Flow Rate
    Uses a traceable gas flowmeter to qualify a GC inlet for gas flow rate accuracy and precision at 1, 2 or 3 flow rates
  • GC Inlet urge Flow Rate
    Uses a traceable gas flowmeter to qualify a GC inlet for gas flow rate accuracy and precision at 1 flow rate
  • GC Detector Gas 1 Flow Rate
    Uses a traceable gas flowmeter to qualify a GC detector for gas flow rate accuracy and precision at 1 flow rate
  • GC Detector Gas 2 Flow Rate
    Uses a traceable gas flowmeter to qualify a GC detector for gas flow rate accuracy and precision at 1 flow rate
  • GC Detector Gas 3 Flow Rate

    Uses traceable standards to qualify a GC for retention time precision, injection volume precision, injection carry over and FID/TCD linearity

    Uses a traceable standard to qualify a GC with NPD for injection precision and carry over
  • GC Headspace Temperature
    Uses a traceable digital thermometer to qualify a GC headspace sampler for temperature accuracy and precision at 1 temperature
  • GC Headspace Precision
    Uses a traceable standard plus a qualified GC to qualify a GC headspace sampler for injection precision and carry over

GC technique license
Either pre-loaded on the Dongle or supplied as a V2C file the technique license allows the user to start a protocol.
