v-kit HPLC 3.1  v-kit delivers efficient and consistent qualification for HPLC   The starting point to qualify an HPLC system using v-kit, is an Initia kit. This contains sufficient materials to qualify a complete HPLC system, and includes software, SOPs, log book, column and traceable reference standards to perform a wide range of qualification tests.   To perform more tests, you top up with an HPLC refill kit, which contains all the consumables and extra licences you need. You can buy Intia kits and Refills in quantities to qualify as many instruments as necessary.   Install the software from the InitiaLC pack and follow the comprehensive SOPs to produce your qualification reports. Suitable for use with Agilent, Dionex, Waters, Perkin Elmer, Shimadzu, Thermo, Merck Hitachi, Gilson, Varian and others.   HPLC v-kit tests include: Pump flow rate accuracy and precision Gradient composition accuracy and linearity UV/Vis, PDA/DAD and fluorescence detector wavelength accuracy UV/Vis, PDA/DAD, fluorescence, refractive index and ELSD response linearity Autosampler injection volume precision and carry-over Autosampler injection volume linearity Column oven and autosampler tray temperature accuracy   Seamless standards and software The standard solutions integrate seamlessly with the v-kit software. Essential information regarding their traceability is encrypted into a data-set supplied with each kit. Certificates of Analysis are provided with each pack of solutions. The solutions are provided in sealed glass vials clearly labelled with a batch number and expiry date. Each solution is guaranteed to have a minimum life of one year from date of shipment. The v-kit software prevents accidental use of out-of-date solutions.
