v-kit GCMS adds efficiency, consistency and control to the qualification of GCMS instruments. These unique qualification kits are suitable for single quad systems such as Agilent’s 5973 and 5975 MSD, Thermo’s DSQ and Shimadzu’s QP2010, QP5050. A comprehensive suite of tests is supplied in the v-kit GCMS protocol, including inlet and oven temperature, inlet pressure and split flows, autosampler precision, mass accuracy, signal-to-noise, and mass precision using traceable v-kit standards – PFTBA, Octafluoronapthalene (OFN) and hydrocarbon mixes.
 
Written on the advanced v-kit Pro platform, the software features report creation, summary reporting and audit trail, user/manager access rights. The electronic logbook function allows the data from the entire qualification exercise to be quickly and easily assembled into a single document for storage or distribution.
