You can place an order in any of the following ways:
 
Online
Go to the e-shop, or buy v-kit, select products from the menu, add products to basket by clicking the 'add' icon. You'll see your item added to your basket displayed on the right. You can continue shopping and adding items until your order is complete.
 
Click on 'view basket' in panel on the right to check your order. From here you can change the quantity of each item in your basket, delete items, change the currency, and set the destination country for shipping and invoicing. Depending upon when and where you live you may also be given a choice of shipping services to choose from. Once you're happy with your order, click 'checkout'.
 
If you're not a registered customer, you can simply enter your invoicing and delivery contact and address details, and your payment card details. Click 'continue', and you'll be taken to the SagePay card-processing screen to complete your purchase.
 
Registered NLG account holders don't have to repeatedly enter invoice and contact details. Registration is easy via an online form. Which is also available from the 'Register now' link at the top of the www.nlg-analytical.com and www.v-kit.com page headers. You only need to register once, and your account will serve both sites.
 
Account holders/registered users should login from the header panel. Your details will automatically be entered into your order. As an account holder, you have the option from the checkout page, of either paying by credit card, or clicking a radio button to pay on account – in which case normal payment terms apply.

Payment
For online orders payment is accepted via Mastercard or Visa credit cards. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving credit/debit card details and other consumer data via our website.
 
For online account orders and orders by e-mail, fax, telephone and post, payment is accepted on invoice (for customers with an account with us) by electronic bank transfer or by cheque. For further details or to apply for an account please contact us.
 
Shipping Charges
    •    For online orders you will be asked to select a shipping method and be shown the price for that shipment.
    •    For e-mail, fax, telephone and post orders please state your required shipping method.
    •    For UK orders our default shipping method is via DHL at a cost of £9.50 per shipment (up to 10kg)
    •    and £12.50 per shipment (10 - 30kg).
